Lizzie Macomber-Smith - The Annunciation - engraving by M. Haider, 1893.

I have this depiction of Mary, sans angel, tattooed on my left arm.  I have always loved this rendition of her more than any others I’ve seen, though I’ve only seen poor copies of this engraving (itself a copy of an original painting).  The painting is in a private collection, and it is unlikely that I will ever see it, so I must make do with the engraving.
